Stairways is where our passion evolved from. Each of our staircases are custom designed and built to fit in YOUR space. This way you get exactly what you want out of your project.
All of our pieces are crafted from raw materials allowing unlimited options to our clients.
All of our custom fittings & handrail pieces are produced from solid wood blocks to eliminate “spring back”. Spring back is common with bending rail. “Tangent” cutting is the old-fashioned method using a solid block of wood that produces handrail of durable beauty.
By utilizing CNC and laser technology we are able to create incredible details and features in our stairways accurately.

Custom Millwork options are where we can let your imagination go wild. Instead of being limited to stock stair parts we have the ability to design and craft something from raw materials. Often times our clients come equipped with just a few ideas they have seen and we help collaborate from there.
Custom Millwork encompasses numerous choices. Think custom turned newels, specialty balusters, radius treads and landing, custom beams and radius moldings are all items we have brought to life for clients in the past.
We offer all of our custom parts and pieces to other carpenters and builders as well! Custom stair packages can be designed and manufactured locally and then install by qualified carpenters you already use. This allows more of the market to get their hands on quality pieces that are normally not available to them.

Templating Options: Working with builders and subcontractors we can provide laser measured and machined templates to assist in the building process. Everything from Barrel shaped ceilings, beams, crown blocking and domed ceilings. Our clients have found the service extremely valuable in making their processes more simplified, efficient and accurate.
Design & Consulting: With over 30 years of stair building and installation experience our team understands the difficulties that can arise when it comes to crafting a staircase. Customers want a piece that is visually appealing and also within safe building codes. Taking what a client desires and has often been told that not possible, and being able to make it possible it where we excel.

Design Consultations - You tell us what you are wanting to create.
Laser Measuring - If necesssary we will take a digital laser measurement of you space to ensure a true fit for the design of your stairway.
Drawing and Machining - Our team will create you work in digital format so we can machine the parts and begin the build process.
Building the Carraige: The manufacturing team will shop build the machined part into a ready to deliver "carraige". This allows and much more effiecent process of installing the project onsite.
Installation of Carraige: The carraige will be delivered to you and installed on site in a few short days. By getting the stairway "walkable" in a few days it allows less time for the area to be shut down.
Installation of Balustrade: Our installers will install your newels, rails, and balusters on site.
Finishing touches: This is our teams final oppurtunity to make the stairway pop. We will be putting final trim work, doing spot sanding an so on.
